By using step5app.com or the Step 5 mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; users under 18 require a parent or guardian's permission.

Free Service

Step 5 is free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or account fees, and no features or content in the app require payment.

Physical Merchandise, Shipping & Returns

Merchandise purchases are separate from Step 5 digital features and memberships. No paid membership is required to shop, and buying merchandise does not unlock digital access. Orders ship to US addresses only, with a $5.99 flat shipping charge disclosed before payment. Contact customer support through the Contact page to request a return within 7 business days of delivery. Returned items must be brand-new and unworn. Refund requests are reviewed before processing; changing an order's fulfillment status does not itself refund a payment.

Content & Conduct

You are responsible for content you post. Do not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Trainers

Step 5 facilitates connections between athletes and trainers but is not a party to any sessions or agreements between them. Verify credentials and use your judgment.

Liability

Step 5 is provided "as is". We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from training activities. Consult a professional before starting any program.
